St. Luke's Episcopal Church

Welcome!

St Luke’s is a vibrant community where traditional worship encounters contemporary ideas. Here, all are welcome as they are. St Luke’s seeks to be a place where the people of the Quad-Cities may encounter the living God, the reconciling Gospel of Jesus Christ, and the transformative power of the Holy Spirit. St Luke’s strives to offer meaningful worship experiences, the possibility of spiritual growth, and many opportunities for Christian service. We excel at being a church where people are free to question, doubt, and wrestle with the great issues of life and faith in a safe environment. Come and see!

Volunteer opportunities

One time opportunities
Ongoing commitment opportunities

There are many opportunities to volunteer at St. Luke's! Contact us to serve with the worship services as readers, acolytes, ushers, greeters, and musical opportunities. Or serve on the Altar Guild, or in fellowship, building and grounds, outreach in the community, and pastoral care opportunities such as Community of Hope and Creation Care. St. Luke's sponsors both the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts. We also host the St. Luke's Food Bank: drop off on Thursday afternoons from 1-4pm, and pick up on Friday mornings from 9am-12noon.
