St. Andrews church

Neighbors Being Human is the community mission of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Yaphank, NY. Our goal is to support those facing food insecurity and homelessness and ultimately help lift people out of poverty. 

We are funded by a grant from the Episcopal Ministries of Long Island and by support from private citizens like you.

 We reach the community in two ways:

• Food Pantry and Clothing/Household Items Pantry:
  It is located on the grounds of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church (see map and operating hours below).

• Blessing Boxes:
  These mini-pantries are regularly stocked with food items and necessities, available 24 hours daily.
