Lectio Divina

Faith Formation

Lectio Divina is offered on Monday evenings in the Chapel; check the parish calendar (on the website) as this is a seasonal ministry. The text used is the Gospel selection for the following Sunday.

Prayer Group

Faith Formation

The members of the Prayer Group commit to praying for each person on the parish prayer list at least once a week. The list is available in the Sunday bulletin and in the weekly e-mail, This Week at St. Columba's. New additions to the list are emailed from the parish administrator as requests are added by members of the parish to those members of the group who wish. Occasionally members of the group will meet to discuss prayer concerns and types of prayer that a person has found to be particularly helpful.
