Emmanuel Lutheran Episcopal Church

Beginning in 2015 St. Mark's Episcopal Church joined together with Prince of Peace Lutheran Church for worship and ministry.  In October 2018 the two churches became EMMANUEL a federated Lutheran Episcopal Church received by both the New England Synod ELCA and the Episcopal Diocese of Maine. The congregation is  a wholly Lutheran and wholly Episcopal church.The outreach ministries of St. Mark's  expanded to include the community warming center,and continue at Emmanuel as Bridging the Gap at 209 Eastern Avenue in Augusta.
