Episcopal Church of Our Savior

Share a story

The people of Church of Our Savior are committed to developing a deeper relationship with God and to reaching out to each other, the community, and the world through Scripture, tradition, and reason. For this parish community, "All Are Welcome Here" is more than just a motto. These words express a lived reality. At a time of great divisions in Church and society, the people of Church of Our Savior open their arms in love to all to celebrate the wonderful diversity of God’s creation: women and men, young and old, people of all cultural and national origins or languages, straight, gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered persons, conservatives and liberals, the differently-abled, those with doubts or questions – ALL are invited to join us to love God in our worship and to love the neighbor in our service. We invite you to honor us with your presence at worship: The Holy Eucharist is celebrated each Sunday at 9:30 a.m. Prayers and anointing for healing are offered during Communion every Sunday. All Are Welcome Here!

Meal Programs

The Downtown Community Meal serves at hot, home-cooked meal every Wednesday evening to food insecure residents of North Platte.  The Covid-19 pandemic shifted us to serving meals drive-up style and has tripled the number of guests served. Volunteers to prepare food, set-up for service, serve meals, and clean-up are always welcome.
