Our mission statement:  Reflecting God's love and the spirit of St. Francis, we welcome all into our midst, as Christ welcomes us. At St. Francis on the Hill, we strive to:

  •     provide a genuine welcome to all in their diversity
  •      carry Christ's message to the world
  •      provide a place of strength and renewal
  •     serve both the Lord and the community, with thanksgiving

One of our greatest assets is our location and building. St. Francis on the Hill Episcopal Church has been a presence on the west side of El Paso for more than 30 years. The church building, with its commanding hilltop location and panoramic view of the city and Upper Rio Grande Valley, is in itself an attraction, with beautiful grounds, ample facilities for growth, and a unique position as the only Episcopal church on the west side of the city. A columbarium is located within a garden setting. St. Francis is truly a beacon on the hill!
