St. Hugh of Lincoln Episcopal Church

Share a story

St. Hugh's Episcopal Church is located in the beautiful mountain community of Idyllwild, CA nestled in the San Jacinto Mountains. The site of our rustic mission church overlooks a forrested creek and has a glorious cedar tree that is said to be the oldest tree in the area, dating back to at least the time of Christopher Columbus. Our faith community is an eclectic mix of people with differing backgrounds, life experiences and perspectives, united together in a common love of God and neighbor. We are single, married, married with kids, divorced, remarried, gay and lesbian, empty nesters, widowed, old, young; you name it, we're here. You'll find a wonderful mix of brothers and sisters in the faith at St. Hugh's, you "mountain home".  All persons are welcome to receive the Sacrament of Holy communion at St. Hugh's, not just Episcopalians.
