Ministries
Emergency Aid Coalition
Each year the Emergency Aid Coalition (EAC) helps thousands of people in Houston to meet their basic needs and attain self-sufficiency. Trinity is part of that effort.
About the EAC
The Emergency Aid Coalition is designed to help those in our community meet their basic needs while promoting self-sufficiency. The EAC offers a variety of services and helps thousands of people each year.
Trinity and the EAC
Throughout the year Trinity collects clothing and food for the EAC. Each Thanksgiving Trinity organizes a food drive for the EAC. Last year we collected a full pick-up truck load of food weighing approximately 1,000 pounds.
Volunteer with the EAC
The EAC is always in need of volunteers. Bilingual interviewers are needed from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and volunteers for the clothing center on Fridays. If you'd like to volunteer or want more information, please contact Marian Bryant, Volunteer Coordinator at mbryant@eachouston.org.

Mucky Duck Pub Mass
With the spirit of Christmas in the air, we remember the Feast of St. Stephen, deacon and martyr of the Church, who was charged with overseeing the distribution of goods to the community. It's also Boxing Day, a traditional British holiday where we remember those less fortunate in our city.
Please bring a donation of food, clothing or blankets that we will give to The Lord of the Streets, in keeping with the Boxing Day tradition of sharing from our wealth to those most in need.
Pub Mass at noon offered by Bishop C. Andrew "Andy" Doyle to commemorate St. Stephen's feast at McGonigel's Mucky Duck, 2425 Norfolk St. Houston, Texas 77098
The celebration of Boxing Day, which takes place on December 26 - the feast of St. Stephen, is a part of the holiday season unique to Great Britain.
It is on this day that the alms box at every English church is opened and the contents are distributed to the poor.
Also, this is the day that servants got the day off to celebrate with their families.
At 1pm, following the Mass, we will open for a festive and traditional lunch.
Things start off at 11 a.m. call 713-528-5999 or visit www.mcgonigels.com.

Lord of the Streets
Please direct all questions to Lord of the Streets - 3401 Fannin @ Francis Street, Houston, TX 77004 - 713.526.0311
Lord of the Streets (LOTS) is the special Mission Church of the Diocese of Texas for Houston's homeless and disadvantaged. Even as Jesus urged us to give cups of water to all who are thirsty, LOTS seeks to also provide living water for the soul. Established by Trinity Church, Houston, in 1990, LOTS is a growing and increasingly respected ministry in mid-town Houston.
L.O.T.S. Thanksgiving
For LOTS, the weekly service on Sunday sees an average of 220 persons at the Eucharist, followed by a breakfast where volunteers come and serve each person at a table. This is likely the only time during the week when they don't have to stand in line for food. While this service and meal take place at Trinity Church, LOTS ministry extends through the week at the building across Fannin Street, at Francis street. (see schedule of activities)
Please join us in this ministry to those who are thirsty, in mind or body or spirit.
