St. Thomas Episcopal Church

As the mission statement of St. Thomas Episcopal Church states: "Boldly living with Christ, we open doors to God's household of love as we welcome and embrace all people through worship, service, and learning within and beyond our walls." Our parishioners experience the spiritual mystery of our faith during our worship services to sustain us as we return to the community to fulfill our commitment to social justice.

St. Thomas has a community garden that provides fresh produce for our nearby neighborhoods that are fresh food deserts. Parishioners also contribute food items that are given to the Greater Park Hill Community Food Bank on a monthly basis. St. Thomas is affiliated with Habitat Interfaith Alliance (Habitat for Humanity), participating in fund-raising efforts and joining other churches on "build days" to construct new homes for those in need of affordable housing.
