CHRISTIAN MEN’S FELLOWSHIP

Faith Formation

Christian Men’s Fellowship is an interdenominational group of men who build handicap access ramps and other home modifications, i.e. handrails and special stairs, for those in need and at no cost to the recipient.  The group is comprised of men from 5 congregations, St Andrew’s St Cyprian’s, Morgan’s Chapel Methodist, First Presbyterian, and most recently, Darien United Methodist. Approximately fifteen men from these churches have helped during the past year.  The funding of the lumber and other supplies through L.I.F.E. (Living Independence for Everyone) in Savannah, GA keeps the need to raise funds at a minimum.  They meet the third Saturday at B&J’s Restaurant for a dutch-treat breakfast and updates.  To date 129 ramps have been built in McIntosh and Glynn Counties. If you are interested in this ministry, please contact Peyton Lingle through the church email address.
