Elkhart Ministry Partnership: We propose to create an innovative half-time position overseeing the nurture and development of an ecumenical county-wide youth and young adult ministry with a focus on local evangelism in shared partnership between four Episcopal and ELCA parishes.  Evangelism to youth and young adults is needed in Elkhart County.
