St. Mark's Parish

Share a story

St. Mark’s Parish was opened in 1889. The current church was built in 1916 and consecrated in 1924. The current Community Center was completed in 2020 providing more than 5,000 square feet for offices, food pantry, and a community hall. St, Mark’s has had an active food pantry since 2011, serving thousands of individuals and families over the years. Some of our ministry partners are Family Nurturing Center, Kelly Shelter, Compass House, Northwest Seasonal Workers, and Rogue Retreat. With them, we provide services to the homeless and food deprived in our downtown neighborhood. Our mission is to show Christ’s love by feeding people in body, mind, and spirit.
