St. Aidan's Episcopal Church

Share a story

We have a very unique building as it is the only remaining site of the Black Water Bath houses in Alden. The architect was a former student of Frank Lloyd Wright. The Original Blackwater Bath House was built in 1914 and was purchased and converted to St. Aidan's Episcopal Church in 1964. Many changes have been made to the inside and outside over our years worshiping here. The one continuing influence is the many years of healing the building has provided over its time here.
