Cathedral Church of the Advent

Our 7:30 a.m. Holy Communion service lasts about 45 minutes, has organ music, no choir, and no hymns. It is the service of choice for many early risers and Sunday golfers!

9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. services usually have one service as Morning Prayer and the other as Holy Communion, alternating weekly. They both include organ music and the Cathedral Choir.

The Five O’Clock service is in keeping with the ethos of the Advent’s morning services while in a more informal environment. It is a modern expression of traditional Anglican liturgy based on our Book of Common Prayer with regular Holy Communion and occasional services of Evening Prayer.
