Community Gathers for Kristallnacht

With the Middle East in turmoil, a Reading community marked the 85th anniversary of Kristallnacht, a night that changed the modern world. The Jewish Federation of Reading and Christ Episcopal Church held a community prayer service Wednesday. The Night of Broken Glass, Kristallnacht, marks the beginning of the Holocaust.
