COVID-19 relief for rural Latino communities

Over the summer, St. Thomas sponsored COVID-19 vaccine events for rural Latino communities experiencing high levels of poverty. As part of the effort, children were given gift cards to buy school supplies for the upcoming school year, food boxes sponsored by the local food bank and families received assistance applying for SNAP benefits.
