Navajo Area Mission Covid Response

The Episcopal Church in Navajoland  provided gas, utility, wood to elders and families in need during the pandemic in each region/ community in Navajoland.  Many folk have lost their jobs and had to shelter in place because of Covid. Episcopal Church in Navajoland have helped those in close surrounding our area missions who needed to get to hospital appointments, pay utility bills, and cords of  firewood for those who have wood stoves only. This work is ongoing as we identify needs and wood haulers for elderly and families in need of heating/ travel assistance for the winter season.
