St. Paul's Episcopal Church

St. Paul's welcomes all to celebrate God's love through faith and action. We are also known as the church the children built. St. Paul's began as an ecumenical Sunday School during World War II when gas rationing meant that people living in Clarence couldn't get to the churches they had been attending. Since that time one of the major focuses of St. Paul's has been children's programing and being a welcoming place for children.
From the begining St. Paul's has welcomed all sorts of groups to our building, a tradition that continues to this day. We reach out of our doors to support children, the elderly, those in need and to take our part in the Clarence and Western New York communities.
St. Paul's gatherings are marked by energy, enthusiasm, fellowship and good food.
Worship times
Volunteer opportunities
We partner with our local elementary school and an elementary school in Buffalo to provide assistance to the teachers and hands on tutoring to the students. Volunteers are welcome. (Background check & Safe Church training required)

School Partnerships
We have two school partnerships. One with Harris Hill Elementary and one with Buffalo School 6. We provide encouragement and assistance to the teachers and tutors who work with small groups of students at both schools. At School 6 we also provide school supplies in the fall and a new book to every student in January.
