PLAN OF EVENTS FOR 175 CELEBRATION
January – banner has been placed on the fence and the brochure has been printed and is being distributed
February 19 – plans for the Mardi Gras Party are well underway and inserts for the brochure are available for distribution…DONE
March 5 –Celebration of Evensong by Schola Cantorum at 5:pm
April – Easter
May 6 – Run/walk to benefit Open Door sponsored by HT
May 7 – Service to replicate the first service at Holy Trinity. A committee has been formed to work with Fr. Robert on this. We are also considering having a Memorial Day tour of the cemetery. Plans are underway for this.
June 9 – Golf with the Bishop at the Albemarle Plantation
August/September – Participate in the Indian Summer Festival
October – Blessing of the Animals (10/4), Trunk or Treat for Halloween, and participate in the Mason’s ghost tour
November 1 – All Saints Service, open to the public and advertised
December 13 – Lessons and Carols
